WBO review shows that the Australian boxer was the rightful winner when the three out of five judges scored for Horn. One of the judges gives it to Pacman, while the other one gives a draw on them, declaring Horn as the winner by seven rounds.

However, Horn also wanted to settle all the issues and controversies surrounding him regarding the result of Pacquiao-Horn match. He also hinted that having a rematch will settle all the controversies and he think that he would do better on the second time.

“I kind of feel it has been put to bed and that I definitely won the fight because it has been rescored. But people are always going to have their opinions and you’re not going to be able to change those. So I guess the only way you’re going to be able to do it is to have a rematch. And I think I would do better a second time,” said by Horn quoted by Inquirer.

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum also said that he thinks that Pacquiao would agree to a rematch and would be reluctant to retire after a loss. He also said that he wanted a rematch to be held in November 2017 at the Docklands Stadium in Melbourne.
