This was supposed the reason why Bea Alonzo remains silent amid issues
Kapuso A-list actress Bea Alonzo seemed to be “unbothered” and veteran writer Dindo Balares shared a post about this.
In recent months, Bea has become a trending topic on social media. It was because of news about her wedding cancellation. Several versions of the stories surfaced onlne.
One of the allegations that surfaced was that her former manager, Shirley Kuan, was the reason behind the allegation. When Shirley resigned, she denied the allegations against her concerning Bea’s relationship with Puregold President Vincent Co.

Amid this issue, Bea Alonzo, just like before, remained silent or “unbothered.” In the past, the actress would just say a short statement about a certain issue.
In a Facebook post, Dindo Balares, who previously said that Bea is now in good hands with Chris Cahilig as her new manager, talked about the actress’s calmness.
“CALM, PEACEFUL, & RELAXED,” Dindo started his lengthy post. He shared that Bea is well-read, and that she has a diverse reading habit.
The writer have known the actress since she was just starting in the entertainment industry. Dindo recalled that there was a time when he talked to Bea about what she was reading and the actress answered, “I’m into Zen philosophy now.”
Dindo said that Bea was barely 18 at that time but she was already determined to read everything about her favorite author and subjects or topics.
“So, huwag nang pagtakhan ang pagiging Zen person ni Bea — maging noong teen-ager pa lang,” the writer said.
Based on Forbes.com, here is the summary of the description of Zen people:
Calm people don’t feel less than everyone else — they actually notice irritation and anxiety sooner than average. Here’s the one habit that makes the difference, according to a psychologist: – They let the first reaction sit there. The feeling still shows up on time; it just doesn’t get treated as a problem that has to be solved before anything else can happen. – Trying to force calm backfires. Pushing a feeling away reliably makes it resurge, and suppressing it costs real mental resources while barely changing how it feels inside. – It’s not detachment. It’s tolerating discomfort while still doing what matters — which is why calm people often say the hard thing anyway.
Dindo said that Bea it is not easy for Zen people to be rattled because they are expert when it comes to manager their “inner equilibrium.” He also pointed out that Zen people face their daily lives with clear mind and with dynamic awareness. They are simple but elegant and their composure is unshakable.

“‘Di sila mahilig dumepensa, dahil mas kilala nila ang kanilang sarili kaysa mga sinasabi ng ibang tao. At dahil din malawak ang kanilang pang-unawa, pati na sa umaaway sa kanila,” Dindo said.
He also shared that Zen people know how to fight without fighting. Then, he mentioned that at Bea’s career beginning, she was already into Zen philosophy and that being the lead star was not her aim. She wanted to be a character actress because her aim is longevity.

“Laging willing magparaya sa anumang argumento at walang panlasa sa mga bagay na may dapat pa silang patunayan. Ganyan ang Zen people. Ganyan si Bea Alonzo,” Dindo Balares stressed.
