The people of the online community called the attention of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) when Vice Ganda did this to McCoy de Leon during live airing of the show.
It was one of the newest game and segment of the noon time show of the Kapamilya network, Its Showtime, when Vice Ganda had accidentally touched private part of McCoy de Leon.
McCoy de Leon is a member of the kilig ambassadors of its Showtime, the Hashtag.
The segment was called “Cash-ya” which is really fun game that requires the contestants to be creative and logical as to how far they could fit themselves on the objects given to them.
A netizen from the social networking site Twitter from a certain Brian (@BMakazeta) that called out the attention of the MTRCB.
On his post is where he indicated, “@MTRCBgov paki review ang episode today (june 20, 2017) ng Its Showtime ng Abs-Cbn. Hinawakan ni Vice Ganda ang private part ng isang male host.”
And he even further stated, “Kahit violated yung hinawakan d yun magrereklamo dahil sa estado ng baklang ‘yan compared sa kanya na baguhan.”
The video and the photo of the “lewd” scene had surface o the social media platform.

However, on the next day of the episode, the host, Vice Ganda, have released his apology to what he had accidentally done to McCoy.
According to the host, it was not his intention to do it only that he was in a rush due to the adrenaline brought by the game they are doing.
He clearly said to the public during the live airing of the show as well, “McCoy, patawad, ‘di ko talaga sinasadya. Mag-ina tayo, wala tayong malisya. Talagang nagmamadali lang talaga (ako sa game).”
