Business Owner Slams J&T Workers Over Missing Return-to-Seller ItemsĀ

A female business owner became angry and called J&T workers thieves after their Return-to-Seller (RTS) items allegedly did not return to her.

Recently, UKDB Gadgets Pampanga, a Facebook user, shared a video of the business owner confronting J&T workers over the RTS items that were supposedly not returned to her. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions from netizens.

In the video, the business owner appeared very upset as she demanded that the workers bring out the items marked as Return-to-Seller or RTS. According to her, the delivery app already showed that the expensive bags had been returned, but she claimed she never received them.

The woman asked the riders about the missing packages, but the workers said they had no knowledge about the items she was looking for. This response seemed to make the situation more tense as the business owner continued to search for answers.

The woman also shared that the problem had been going on for several months. She explained that since November 2025, many RTS items had allegedly failed to return to her shop. Because of this, she said the value of the missing products had already reached almost 200,000 pesos.

During the confrontation, the woman called the workers thieves while the moment was being recorded on video.

The video quickly circulated online and sparked debate among viewers. Some people sympathized with the seller and understood her frustration over the missing items. However, others said the issue should be properly investigated before accusations are made.
