A huge halo-halo was discovered at Estancia in Iloilo City, could it possible be qualified to be a part of the Guiness World Record?
HALO-HALO – A very huge halo-halo was mixed during the Halo-halo festival.
Halo-halo is indeed a perfect cooling food under the fiery and burning heat of the sun most especially during summer.
Dipping on the cold waters of a swimming pool, sea or river might not be enough but it will. It just does not cools the body down but it also satisfies the stomach and our taste buds.
And just recently, a festival was held at Estancia in Iloilo City and it is known to be Halo-halo Festival.
During the festival, along the feast is creating the biggest size of the said dessert ever in Iloilo. The icy and delicious ingredient had added to the festive attitude of the Ilonggos there.
The biggest halo-halo was mixed in also a big bowl which is flooded with a lot of milk, fruit cocktails and sugar and of course, the pulverized solid ice.
Seemingly, it would have a great chance to be included on the list of Guiness World Record because of its incredible size.
The said event was posted by RMN Iloilo on their Facebook page. the mixing of the huge cold dessert is actually the highlight of the said festival which is celebrated during the month of May.
As everyone knows, it is in most probability that the halo-halo is the most famous dessert here in the Philippines. A lot of people coming from the different parts of the Philippines have also made several version of the freezy dessert.
Normally, the ingredients include crushed ice, milk, sugar, leche flan or ice cream placed at the top, ube halaya and sweetened beans or banana.
The visual feast of colors of its ingredients and its icy flavor mixed with milk is what made it to be the most well-known dessert to the people.
