A woman in Nicaragua lost her life after allegedly cast to fire during an exorcism.
EXORCISM – 25-year-old Vilma Trujillo Garcia lost her life after suffering from burns as she was allegedly cast into the fire during an exorcism in Managua, Nicaragua.
A recent report stating about the death of a Nicaraguan mother during an exorcism broke in. Based on a report in Inquirer, Vilma Trujillo Garcia was cast into the fire to drive the evil spirits out of her body according to the authorities.
The report also mentioned that authorities cited the testimonies of some witnesses who claimed that the 25-year-old Nicaraguan woman was uncovered and then burned.
According to the authorities, 80 percent of the body of the victim was burned.
However, evangelical pastor Juan Gregorio Rocha Romero who reportedly belongs to The Assemblies of God put down the allegation that the woman was pushed into the fire.
Speaking to La Prensa newspaper, the evangelical pastor claimed that the demon went out from the body of the Nicaraguan woman.
Rocha Romero and four other people have already been arrested according to the prosecutors.
The family of the victim’s simple household is at around 480 kilometers northeast of Managua. They’re residing in the township of Rosita.
Based on the news report, Reynaldo Peralta Rodriguez, the husband of the Nicaraguan woman, shared that after his wife allegedly confronted people with a knife last week, the church members thought that was possessed so she was taken inside the church.
The husband of the victim now is having a problem on how he is going to tell their young kids about what happened to their mother.
“It’s unforgivable what they did to us. They killed my wife, the mother of my two little ones,” Reynaldo expressed based on the report.
Meanwhile, The Assemblies of God has already released a statement asserting that the said evangelical pastor, Rocha Romero, is not one of the leaders of the church according to the report.
