JHONG – Actor, dancer, host, and politician Virgilio ‘Jhong’ Hilario Jr. was captured in a video helping an old man who was lying on the road.

Recently, a video showing actor, dancer, host and now councilor of the 1st District of Makati, Jhong Hilario, helping an old man who was lying on the road has hooked the online community.
According to the social media post of netizen Richard Brocoy Gapasin on his Facebook account, the netizen has witnessed the incident. He saw Jhong stopped and helped the old man who was allegedly bumped by a speedy motorcycle as he was crossing the Magallanes flyover.
He further expressed his appreciation to the deed of Jhong. The post of Gapasin has caught the attention of the netizens and it has already reached more than two hundred shares on the social media.

Jhong Hilario’s part of the group Streetboys. He is best known for his dancing skills. He is one of the hosts of the famous noontime show It’s Showtime and is even tagged as the ‘Sample King’.
Way back in the previous months, news reports entail that the actor-dancer-host ran for a councilor spot in the first District of Makati and topped the race after garnering 80, 692 votes from the populace.
Recently, Jhong’s name has sparked a news headline after he ranted over the service of Cebu Pacific Airlines. Based on a previous news report, the host-politician complained about the messy system of the airline in terms of the organization of the luggage of the passengers.
He posted on his social media account a question addressed to Cebu Pacific which goes “Ganyan ba talaga kayo kagulo? Yung mga luggages kung saan saan napupunta. Yung mga luggages ng foreigners nawawala. Nakakahiya.”

According to the report, the airline responded to the quest of Jhong and justified that the ‘simultaneous arrival’ of the flights has caused the building up of the luggage of the passengers. The airline expressed an assurance to Jhong that they are addressing the matter.
