‘It’s Showtime’ host Jhong Hilario took to social media and complained about the poor service of Cebu Pacific.
In a recent news report of Fashion Pulis, tweets of Jhong Hilario went viral on social media.
The “Sample King” wrote in his tweets about the poor service that he got from Cebu Pacific.
According to the report, one of Showtime’s longest-running hosts Jhong Hilario went to Guangzhou, China, after Christmas and returned in the country day before New Year’s Eve.
Jhong was in great dismay after of what he experienced in the said airplane. In his twitter account, he posted about the local airline’s poor service misplaced or worse, lost luggage.
He complained about the poor service and the messy system on the handling of the passenger’s luggage.
He even mentioned that some of the luggage were lost since it does not go on the right conveyor belt.
He even noted that foreigners have lost theirs, which they should be embarrassed by. In his post, it can be seen that the celebrity host also tagging the official account of the local airplane on his tweet.
The local airline was quick and responded to the post of the host. Fashion Pulis was able to take screenshots of this airline’s response, which was composed of three consecutive tweets.
Cebu Pacific explained that the cause of delay of luggage in the area was the arrival of the too many travelers.
Jhong was not satisfied by the response of the said local airplane. He ranted again and said that if he cannot find his luggage, it might as well have been lost.
His tweets went viral on the social media. Other social media users reacted that this is not the first time that Cebu Pacific got flak not just from celebrities for its poor service.
