FVR criticized Duterte anew after the President’s comments on the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change.

The new remarks of FVR is about the criticism of President Duterte to the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change where Philippines is one of the signatories.
According to Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, the Malacañan Palace recognizes, welcomes and thanks all the advises of the former President.
According to Andanar, the words of wisdom of former President FVR shall serve as a guiding principle to the Duterte Administration.
Duterte is cold about the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change because he believes that it will put the Philippines on the losing end as against the industrialized countries who, by way of their factories and manufacturing facility, emit smoke and pollute the air.
