In an interview with Push, the former member of the teen-oriented show “Gimik” said that she is excited on her upcoming projects, which includes a TV series “Flordeliza” with her former love team Marvin Augustin, who recently confirmed his return to kapamilya network.

“Flordeliza” will be directed by Wenn V. Deramas, who also directed her last movie with Marvin Agustin in the network, “Kung Ikaw Ay Isang Panaginip” in 2002.

Jolina Magdangal shared that a lot of her fans were excited when her rumored transfer to ABS-CBN started to circulate last year. Many of them were also curious why it took her  a long time before deciding to return to ABS-CBN, where she started her career.

When asked about her reaction, Jolina Magdangal said: “Naniniwala ako sa timing eh and kumbaga lahat ng nangyayari nangyari kasi may purpose siguro kaya ganon. Hindi ko na iniisip ‘Bakit ng aba 12 years? Bakit nga ba ganon?’ Tinignan ko siya as finally eto na andito na ulit.

The 35-year-old hopes also to work with new breed of stars now that she is officially a kapamilya again. She mentioned Maja Salvador, Enrique Gil, Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Xian Lim and Daniel Padilla.

Jolina Magdangal first confirmed her comeback to ABS-CBN on Monday October 27, the first shooting day of “Flordeliza.”
