The former kapuso actor Polo Ravales admitted that he and his manager Manny Valera have already met with the executives GMA’s biggest rival network, ABS-CBN. The former “TGIS” cast made the confirmation on a press launch for the TV series “Illustrado” on Thursday October 16.

It was in July when the are rumors surfaced that the kapamilya network are planning to get Polo Ravales after his contract with GMA has ended. The 32-year-old admitted also that he was indeed negotiating with them.
During the interview, Polo Ravales said that he doesn’t know yet what will be offered to him but he is hoping that their meeting will turnout to be good.
“Tutal lalabas din naman ito. Yes, it’s true na makikipag-meeting kami ni Direk Manny with a few people from ABS-CBN 2. Malalaman namin kung ano ang magiging offer nila after the meeting, As of now, wala pa akong masasabi kung ano ang mangyayari. Hopefully, maganda ang maging turnout ng magiging meeting namin,” he said.
Paolo Ravales’ contract with GMA has expired last year but he still appears in the series “Illustrado”. He was also one of the cast of the fantasy TV series “Kambal Sirena” which concluded in May.
Polo Ravales started his career through GMA’s youth-oriented show “TGIS” in 1996. He have been working with kapuso network for 19 years already.
