Giant fast food Jolibee Corp. is thinking to put up a branches in Malaysia and Indonesia in two years time.
This is for the purpose of expanding their branches in ASEAN Region.
Jolibee Foods Corporation or commonly known as Jollibee is the country’s answer to McDonalds in the fast food burger business.
It’s Chief Finance Officer who is Ysmael Baysa said that brands of Jollibee will be brought to this countries because Malaysian and Indonesian brands have not yet been purchased by other brands.
In facts Jollibee had already expanded in Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, China, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Brunei.
Even though prices of some commodities were rising, it still maintained a strong performance in the market. Actually, most Jollibee brands had adjusted its prices because of the rising cost of some commodities. However, the said adjustments did not affect the volume to grow. Indeed, it’s just minimal.
As it further expands in the US and China, its plans for double earnings were revealed.
Jollibee has 2,217 operating restaurants in the Philippines while it has 588 branches overseas.
Let’s just wait for the confirmation and more plans of Jollibee to expand in Malaysia and Indonesia.
