Having just returned from a trip to Singapore, Ruffa couldn’t help but draw comparisons between the two nations. She admired Singapore’s discipline, efficiency, and well-planned systems, saying it’s difficult not to wish for the same kind of progress for the Philippines.
“Coming from Singapore, where everything is efficient, modern, and well-planned—from the infrastructure to public systems and the discipline of the people—it’s hard not to wish the same for our beloved Philippines,” she added.
