The kapamilya actress-host Coleen Garcia shared how her rumored boyfriend Billy Crawford reacts to his role as a promiscuous woman on her first Cinemalaya film festival entry “#Y” (read as ‘Hashtag Y’).
On Wednesday July 9, 2014, Coleen Garcia told the reporters at the press conference of 10th Cinemalaya at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) that her “It’s Showtime” co-hosts is very supportive adding that they do not control each other’s work.
“I actually told him what my role is about. He’s very supportive naman as long as it’s what I want. Siguro may mga reklamo siya pero wala siyang magagawa. We adjust for each other but not the point na we get in the way of each other’s work,” she said.
The 23-year-old star said that she told the singer-actor everything about her role and though he does not want it, she still has the last say on the things that she wanted to do.
Though the Kapamilya stars did not reveal yet the real score between them, they are very vocal on saying that they are special to each other.
According to Coleen Garcia, she is not worried on how people will look at her after the film for she believes that the viewers nowadays are more discerning. She is also happy about since she was a given a chance to get out of from her comfort zone.
The Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival will be held on August 1-10 at Alabang Town Center, Trinoma, Greenbelt 3 and CCP.
