The hitmaker of “Anak” Freddie Aguilar is officially married to his 16-year-old babe Jovi Gatdula Albao in the Islamic rites at a restaurant in Buluan, Maguindanao Friday, November 22, 2013.
With their new names as Abdul Farid (Freddie Aguilar), and his wife Sittie Mariam (Jovi Albao), the couple then wished the best for their relationship.
Now that they tie knots with each other, Abdul Farid wished that speculations against them will end and for the benefit of her wife, he will support Sittie Mariam to pursue her education.
Aguilar announced last October his relation with a 16-year-old girlfriend, right after controversy between them occurred for the fact that their relationship is against the law in the Philippines.
In regard with this controversial issue, the two of them prove and fought for their love even if they were stormed with negative comments in social media.
Aguilar is facing qualified seduction raps for having relationship with Albao, and if convicted he will be in prison for up to four years. In regard with this reason the couple decided to tie knots with each other as organized by Maguindanao Gov. Esmael Mangudadatu who stood as wali or guardian of Albao.
Jovi will be turning 17-year-old this coming November 29 and to stop the speculations between them and to proved how she really love Aguilar she then decided to marry his 60-year-old boyfriend Aguilar.
