Pugad Baboy Pull Out from Philippine Daily Inquirer

One of the Philippines national newspaper, the Philippine Daily Inquiry have announced that they pulled out their Pugad Baboy comic strip. The cartoon strip is one of the most popular section of PDI curated by Pol Medina.

The controversial issue started during the release of the June 4 edition of the paper featuring Pugad Baboy’s direct use of the term, “St. Scho” which refers to the Catholic-run school, the Saint Scholastica’s College.
