Incumbent Vice Mayor of Manila, Isko Moreno was involved in a scuffle when the Manila Police stormed the venue of a game conducted and led by Isko Moreno and few of the Manila City Councilors.
Vice Mayor Isko Moreno was arrested by Manila Police charging him with gambling but the government officials denied the allegations. According to a report from ANC before the Vice Mayor and his councilors were arrested there was a scuffle.
The running mate of the Vice Mayor, Mayoralty candidate Joseph Estrada came to the rescue of Moreno together with hundreds of it’s supporters.
