Happy Feet, the dynamic duo of tap dancers from Bukidnon had garnered a total of 18.32% votes only beaten by a small percentage against the ultimate winner of PGT Season 2, Marcelito Pomoy. The popular man diva Marcelito Pomoy had a total votes of 19.56%.
Happy Feet was composed of Lordito Mata and Ramonito Mata from Bukidnon, the first from Mindanao to make it to the grand finals of Pilipinas Got Talent. They were able to bring back the lost art of tap dancing. Although they don’t have any formal training in tap dancing they were able to perform it, the way professionals do.
The duo of Happy Feet was an inspiration, not only for the provincial contestants but also for those youth who had the talents. The story of Happy Feet had captivated the audience.
