Several establishments including the government buildings were on fire when the Libyan protesters set violence in the capital city of Tripoli.

Witnesses were more likely to be near the said city and they reported that there were snipers which opened fire on protesters. Some of them moved into the Green Square in Tripoli, Sunday, where clashes between them and the militiamen clashed until dawn.

Tremendous violence occurred as fatality was said to increase leading to greater fierce caused by the security forces.

Saif Gaddafi, son of Colonel Gaddafi stands on his view that his father remains to be in charge of Libya.

Standing to deliver a speech that seems to threaten its people, Saif Gaddafi straightly mentioned that his father will be fighting “until the last man, the last woman, the last bullet” whose lines received various comments worldwide.

If violence is threatened against its opponents, then the government must initiate talks to the opposition according to Mohamed Bayou, previous chief government spokesman.

Bayou hopes that Gaddafi’s son would eventually change his speech so as to recognize that internal popular opposition exists to convince that a Libyan system change would have to happen.

“Shoot to Kill” policy is said to be presently operated by the security forces.

The unrest started for about a week ago. Since then, hundreds of people were killed based on observations said by medical officials and various human rights groups.

Protesters flooded the cities. Clashes surrounded the corners. Citizens including foreigners were hurt.

Out of the 15 Bangladeshis that were hurt, two of them were stabbed whose present condition have been serious. Three of the South Korean citizens on the other hand were also injured.

An act of violence could damage the promotion of social order. The country’s image will apparently be affected because of the unrest.

Despite such unwanted events, Saif Gaddafi still emphasizes his support to his father, Moammar Gaddafi who is the one that presently leads the battle.

Protesters campaign for change. The failure to protect the Libyan people would create grievances. They were said to gather outside the establishment of the Libyan Emb(–foul word(s) removed–)y in London so that their voices, cries and anger will reach the minds and hearts of those who are in regime.
