SpaceX Test Fires Super Draco Rockets (Video)

SpaceX, a start-up company venturing on human space flights test fired one of its major product a super rocket engine. Draco Super Rockets is test-fired today, February 2, 2012 (US Time) on its own facility in Texas, Nevada.

The Super Draco Rockets will help land its latest development on space flights, the Dragon spacecraft. The rockets will also powers emergency escape functions, according to Founder Elon Musk.

Elon Musk said that “The Dragon Spacecraft is the safest spacecraft in history.” Musk stated.

He adds further that “It has already made a successful orbital flight and will tote eight engines apparently offering up to 120,000 pounds of thrust to the spaceship.” Musk elaborately said.
