Employment verification is important in some cases like for landlords or financial institutions if this certain employee is trying to rent or make some purchase. This letter will serve as their proof to confirm that the individual is working under the company. It just fairly simple and not a complicated document to make, thus, a sample letter in giving consent to verify employment below is provided.

The employment verification letter may include dates of employment, salary, whether the employee is expected to continue employer or is eligible to be rehired, if the employee has been terminated and the reason behind this, and among others. How is it writte? It must follow the standard business letter format and must contain details like the date, and the recipient’s contact information (if you have it). It must not be lengthy.
