MY HUSBAND’S LOVER – Here is a glimpse of the story featured in the GMA-7 television series “My Husband’s Lover” aired in 2013.

One of the television series that hooked a lot of viewers in 2013 is My Husband’s Lover, a gay-themed series directed by Dominic Zapata and top-billed by Carla Abellana, Tom Rodriguez, and Dennis Trillo.

Carla Abellana’s My Husband’s Lover role is Lally Agatep-Soriano while Tom Rodriguez’s My Husband Lover role is Vicente “Vincent” Soriano. Dennis Trillo played the character of Eric del Mundo.

Vincent and Eric were high school best friends who have the same gender preference. They fell in love with each other despite the strict rearing of Vincent having a general father.

However, time came when Eric had to fly abroad and they lost communication. Vincent was heartbroken and it was also then when he met Lally Agatep.

Vincent fell in love with Lally and got her pregnant when they were in college. While it was a blessing and an honor for the family of Vincent, Lally’s family did not welcome her pregnancy. Meanwhile, he stood by her and they got married.

The couple raised a beautiful family with two children. However, there was always something missing that both Vincent and Lally felt but both were trying and she was clueless of the secret of her husband.

The scenes in My Husband’s Lover started to get to the peak when Eric del Mundo and Vincent Soriano met again. They’re still in love with each other and Lally Agatep-Soriano was initially clueless until she found out about her husband’s affair.

The story led to the character of Tom Rodriguez wanting to end his life, to the character of Dennis Trillo giving way and flying abroad again, and to the character of Carla Abellana standing up on her feet to achieve her dreams while staying in good terms with Tom’s role.
