Here’s an Authorization Letter Sample you may use as a guide to authorize someone to claim your remittance money.

AUTHORIZATION LETTER SAMPLE – To allow someone you trust to claim a certain amount of remittance money for you, here’s a sample.

In case you are not able to claim a certain amount of money from a particular remittance center, what you will need is someone you trust along with an authorization letter to give your bearer permission to do your supposed task on your behalf. It is a written document that will serve as an agreement of the transaction between your representative and the recipient. A sample letter of this is below.

The document must contain relevant information and details, including how you and your bearer are related to each other. It must also include the date of authorization and the duration.

See some tips below:

  • Indicate a valid reason such as sickness, workload, you going on holiday, traveling, or any other.
  • Choose someone whom you fully trust.
  • Bring valid identification cards for verification purposes.
  • Put your contact details for any further questions from the recipient.
  • Provide the specific amount that will be collected.
