Lady Applicant Slams BPO Firm Over “Laban o Bawi” Decision During Hiring Process
AMERITEL BPO – A lady applicant lambasted the BPO firm over its “Laban o Bawi” decision during the hiring procedure.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a popular business model that has gained significant traction over the past decade. BPO companies provide a wide range of services, including customer support, technical support, data entry, payroll processing, accounting, and more.
These companies have become increasingly popular with businesses around the world, as they offer a cost-effective way to access high-quality services without the need for in-house staff.
Sarah Marie De Guzman, a Facebook user, recently shared her negative experience with a BPO company. The post quickly went viral online, eliciting a wide range of reactions from internet users.
According to Guzman, she submitted a Curriculum vitae on February 27, 2023 and was assessed on February 28. Sarah had her interview on March 1 and received notification on March 3, 2023 that she is qualified for the job.
Sarah was informed by Ameritel BPO that she had failed the interview on March 4. On March 7, the company informed her that she had passed again and that she needed to attend the orientation that day.
After a few hours, the firm notified her that the orientation had been canceled and that she had failed again.
