Cop Killed Wife, ‘Kabit’ After Shot in Oriental Mindoro
A cop killed his wife and her alleged ‘kabit’ or affair after he allegedly shot them to death in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
After killing his wife and claimed collaborators in the same city’s Barangay Barcenaga, a police officer turned himself up. The fatalities were identified as William Heart Gacusan and Jacklyn Claire, both 33, medical technologists at the Naujan Municipal Health Office. According to the report, the two were severely injured by the gunfire and supposedly died as a result.
The cop allegedly instantly turned himself in along with his duty weapon. He is now accused of both homicide and parricide. Investigators think that the suspect’s murder was motivated by extreme envy.
