Teacher to Face Charges After Calling Student “Bobo”
A male teacher in Palawan will face charges after calling his grade 6 student ‘bobo’ and ‘mahina ang ulo’.
Teacher is an employee hired in both private and public schools to teach young kids regarding academics. They were tasked to help students to acquire knowledge, competence, or virtue in order to become a better person in the future
Teachers also served as the second parents of the students within the school premises. They were supposed to be the one who protects and nurture young students. However, there are some instances wherein educators lost their patience.
A woman named Estherlita Rizang filed a complaint against a teacher identified as Eduardo David for giving distasteful remarks against her son. The teacher allegedly discriminated his student since the face-to-face classes resumed last August 22, 2022.
Teacher David repeatedly discriminates and calls his students ‘bobo’ in the middle of the class. Aside from giving distasteful remarks towards his students, the teacher allegedly hit the grade 6 pupil’s head with a ballpen.
The incident causes trauma to the young boy and don’t want to return to school. David and the kid’s parents have faced each other but the Department of Education (DepEd) Palawan will continue to investigate the incident.
Estherlita admitted that his son is quite slow when it comes to reading and writing. The teacher also admitted his mistake but refused to give a further statement regarding the incident.
Rizang also wanted the teacher to leave Tacras Elementary School and transfer to another school.

for me may Mali ung student and Yung teacher Kasi ,kung teacher ka dpt mahba Ang patients mo Lalo na lower grade and then si nanay nmn dpt nmn ihelp mo nmn den ung anak mo .and si kuya bata try to review den page may time kasi if you don’t reviewpwd Kang mabaksak so Yun kaya Po SI mother ,teacher saka so student may Mali den Po Sila. so thats my opinion. thank you po
