Here’s the truth over the rumors thrown at Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid regarding their marriage.
REGINE VELASQUEZ – Married couple Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid have these statement amid the rumors about their relationship.
Celebrity couple Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid are both singers and songwriters and this is probably the reason why they fell in love with each other – they share the same passion for music.
Last June 15, based on a previous article, rumors about them going through some problems in their marriage emerged online. Immediately, Alcasid denied the rumors saying that they are actually “so much in love with each other” and that there has not been a day when this love ever diminished.
But the rumors stayed despite the clarification. Some people still doubt this. According to some netizens, the way celebrities would always clear the issues and show how happy they are with their partners are, most of the time, opposite of what’s really happening in real life.
And just recently, clarifying and dispelling this rumor again, the couple expressed their awareness of how the bashers work to ruin someone’s relationship, and with this, they don’t give much attention to them.
As for Regine, she can accordingly just laugh at those rumors because, in their almost 12 years of marriage, she is sure that she loves her husband more than before. Her love for him even got more intense during the pandemic because they got a chance to spend more time with each other.
“Actually enjoy na enjoy akong kasama ang asawa ko na noong umalis siya pumunta siyang States ay hindi ko kaya, iyak ako nang iyak talaga. Kasi parang ang tagal naming magkasama, kami-kami lang, tapos biglang inalisan ako pumunta ng States,” says Velasquez.
She added that he will always be her best friend and she would always attest to how wonderful it is to get married, especially to be married to the right person.
