The USA Basketball released the initial names of the 28 NBA Players who will vie for the national team of the United States America that will be competing in the highly-anticipated 2014 FIBA Baskeball World Cup in Spain.
According to Bleacher Report, the 28 NBA Players features the likes of NBA MVP Derrick Rose, Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. ESPN also reported that the official list of the 28 hopefuls for Team USA were already named.
In a Twitter post made by ESPN’s Marc Stein who listed the official list of 28 NBA Players Chosen by USA Basketball.

LaMarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony, Bradley Beal, Tyson Chandler, DeMarcus Cousins, Steph Curry and Anthony Davis
Andre Drummond, Kevin Durant, Kenneth Faried, Paul George, Blake Griffin, James Harden and Gordon Hayward
Dwight Howard, Andre Iguodala, Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, Kyle Korver, David Lee and Kawhi Leonard
Damian Lillard, Kevin Love, Chris Paul, Derrick Rose, Klay Thompson, Russell Westbrook and Deron Williams
The selection was formally announced on Thursday morning from USAB Chairman Jerry Colangelo and coach Mike Krzyzewski as reported by ESPN.
