Jake Cuenca has this reaction to the “wild” scenes of Kylie Verzosa
Beauty queen-actress Kylie Verzosa was asked if her “wild” scenes in the movie The Housemaid were approved by her boyfriend actor Jake Cuenca.
Kylie feels so honored to be given this movie project which is an adaptation of a South Korean melodramatic thriller. She is also thrilled to have the chance to work with critically-acclaimed veteran artists such as Albert Martinez, Alma Moreno, and Jaclyn Jose.
Based on the article in Bandera, during the media conference for this movie, Kylie really told her makeup artist to take photos every time she has a scene with Jaclyn.
With this, the veteran actress said, “Thank you for the kind words, Kylie. I know this is your biggest break so I wish you all the best and good luck sa movie.”
Director Roman Perez, Jr. also commended Kylie Verzosa for all her hard work in doing the difficult scenes. He thanked the actress for doing her best and for the trust she gave to him as a director.
Kylie tags her intense scenes as “wild”. However, she stressed that she still had some few restrictions but the essence of the scenes that were in the original movie was there. When asked about the reaction of her boyfriend Jake Cuenca to this, she said that it was him who encouraged her to accept this project.
She also revealed that she considers her boyfriend as her mentor in showbiz and her acting coach. “With regards to Jake po, I really consider him as my mentor,” she said. When there is something that she needs advice on, her go-to person is Jake.
“Siya rin yung isa sa mga tao na nag-convince sa akin na ‘gawin mo yan, magandang project yan.’ At for sure sasamahan niya talaga ako na panoorin ito kasi sobrang supportive talaga ni Jake sa career ko,” Kylie Verzosa shared.
The Housemaid is set to premiere exclusively on Vivamax on September 10.
