ROBREDO – Vice President Leni Robredo expressed what she will do in case she will swap position with Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
There are already a lot of talks now about the 2022 Elections. Many people are wondering who might take the presidential race and as well as the bid for the vice president. There are several names crossing the surface but none has yet to confirm.
In most cases, those who are currently handling a position in the government and are eyed on a possible presidential and vice presidential bid are consistent to stress the need to focus in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. While none has yet to confirm, some politicians have spoken on their belief about public service.
Amid the speculations over the 2022 Elections, there are calls for Vice Pres. Leni Robredo to run for president and for Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte to take the vice presidential bid.

It is no secret to the public that the President and the Vice President were not on the same ground in a lot of things. There were even instances when the former attacked the latter on national television.
Considering the calls of some people and groups now, there is a possibility that Vice Pres. Leni Robredo and Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte will swap positions in the next term. The Vice President spoke on her side in case it happens.
Speaking on ABS-CBN News’ ANC Headstart, the Vice President expressed that if it happens, she will “seriously” not treat him the way he did to her. According to her, she does not believe that it is to the best interest of the people if the President and the Vice President are in conflict.
Vice Pres. Robredo further said that she will ask Pres. Duterte about his statement that he will just sleep and wait for the president to die if he wins. Based on the report, she’s hoping that he won’t experience what she went through as the vice president. According to her, there are a lot of missed opportunities if only they were given the chance to work more.
The Vice President said that it is hard to rush things now most especially with what is happening now amid the pandemic. She stressed that the country has lost so much already.
