La Salle Lady Spikers Extends Winning Streak Defeats FEU Lady Tamaraws

The Season 75 depending champion De La Salle Lady Spikers continued its winning streak in the UAAP Season 76 women’s volleyball as they dominated the Far Eastern University (FEU) Lady Tamaraws in straight sets to remain unbeaten.

The La Salle Lady Spikers who are aiming for their fourth consecutive title this season won easily against FEU, the Lady Spikers got another sensational game from Ara Galang.

La Salle defeated FEU with the final score at 25-19, 25-17, and 25-16 during the Sunday’s UAAP Women’s volleyball match-up at the San Juan Arena as the Lady Spikers got their fifth straight win of the season.

The Lady Spikers have yet to drop a set in the Season 76 and have won 21 straight matches since last season. La Salle’s Ara Galang scored with 18 points on 17 attacks and one service ace.

Lady Spikers team captain Abi Maraño and setter Kim Fajardo provided their solid performance for the most popular volleyball team in the UAAP nowadays.

FEU Lady Tamaraws bright moments during the game came only at the opening set when Charm Simborio, Rem Palma and Gen Casugod got some kills through the La Salle net defense, but La Salle stood still and managed to win the first set.
