Electrician Forcibly Harassed Woman Neighbor in Bulacan after Asking for Water

Police arrested an electrician in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan who forcibly harassed a woman neighbor after it allegedly asks for water.

In SJDM, Bulacan, a 42-year-old man was arrested after harassing a 24-year-old female neighbor. The perpetrator was known as Jose Villanueva, while the victim went by the alias “Leslie,” a neighbor from Brgy. Minuyan.

The incident happened about 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 8, according to the SJDM Police report. The victim came out because their pet dogs were barking, according to the initial report.

She ignores the perpetrator in their yard with scissors and fixing electrical wires. When the repairs were completed, the perpetrator requested water from the victim, which she took inside the home.

The victim was taken aback as the perpetrator pursued him until she was pointed in the neck with scissors, embraced, and caressed by the suspect. The perpetrator physically put the victim, who allegedly still fighting for her life, on a bed, removed her short pants and socks, and then take advantage of her frail body.

When the victim’s live-in boyfriend arrived, she told him of the incident and promptly reported it to the police, who launched an investigation. The suspect was also detained and taken to the police department about 12:30 a.m. on May 9, according to the article. A related case has been filed against the suspect.
