Man Caught in the Act Harassing His Minor Girl Neighbor Arrested
Police arrested a man after he was caught in the act harassing the minor girl which is identified as his neighbor in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
After being accused of harassing his minor neighbor, a man was arrested in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. The 20-year-old perpetrator and the 15-year-old female victim were both found undressed on the grass, according to a study by Unang Balita on Monday.

The perpetrator was apprehended right away, alleging sexual assault. The victim’s aunt claims that they only discovered what was going on when she read the text on her cellphone.
The suspect’s message to her nephew was said to be pure obscenity. The suspect allegedly told the victim not to report because he would be detained.
The defense of the perpetrator is that they’ve been dating the victim for two weeks. He also said that he did not threaten the victim and that they could just bathe in the river before they were seen without underwear.
The victim’s family made the decision to file a police report against the perpetrator. Meanwhile, the victim has undergone medico-legal for further investigation.
