Heartfelt Message of Claudine Barretto for Rico Yan’s Sister Amid Dad’s Death
CLAUDINE BARRETTO – Actress Claudine Barretto posted a heartfelt message for Tina Marie Yan, the sister of her late ex-boyfriend Rico Yan, amid her dad’s death.
The Barretto family is now grieving over the death of their patriarch – Miguel Barretto. It was on Tuesday when Claudine Barretto’s father died after several days of being confined in St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Miguel was enjoying his birthday celebration at the house of Marjorie Barretto when he fell very ill. His family had to take him to the hospital. His children and grandchildren visited him and took care of him.
Last October 15, Miguel Barretto breathed his last. He was surrounded by his family and closest friends when he passed away – leaving his loved ones in sadness but consoled by the belief that he is no longer in pain.
Prayers and expressions of love and sympathy showered for the Barretto family. One of those who consoled Claudine Barretto amid her dad’s death is Tina Marie Yan, the sister of her late ex-boyfriend Rico Yan.
On her Instagram account, Claudine Barretto posted a photo of her and Rico Yan’s sister. She’s leaning on the arms of Tina. In her caption, she thanked her for her hugs and wiping her tears. She tagged her as her “rock”.
