Niño Muhlach Reveals Cause of Death of Amalia Fuentes

AMALIA FUENTES – Former actor Niño Muhlach revealed the cause of death of veteran actress Amalia Fuentes.

Today, a lot of people woke up to a very sad news. After years of battling against the challenges in her health, veteran actress Amalia Fuentes died this morning, October 5, 2019.

Amalia is one of the veteran actresses who has made a lot of hit films. Her loveteam with Romeo Vasquez, her late ex-husband, produced the movies Bobby, Pretty Boy, and Ako Ang May Sala among others.

Amalia is the mother of the wife of veteran actor Albert Martinez, the late Liezl Sicangco who died of cancer in 2015. She has three(3) grandchildren from Liezl and one of them, Alyanna, confirmed the veteran actress’ death.

Actor Niño Muhlach, the nephew of Amalia Fuentes, also spoke to DZMM regarding the veteran actress’ death. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the actor revealed that the cause of her death was cardiac arrest due to multiple organ failure.

According to Niño, Amalia died at 4:00 o’clock in the morning today. He and their family were on the veteran actress’ side when she was taking her last breaths.

Based on the report, the actor also revealed that Amalia was paralyzed and was bedridden for four(4) years. According to him, it was around four(4) days ago when the veteran actress’ was brought to the hospital.

Amalia was confined in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). However, according to Niño, she was still having seizures although she’s already in the ICU.

As of this writing, there are still no details regarding the funeral of the veteran actress. Her family assured to announce it once they have finalized it.
