A Seattle-based comedy group who named themselves, Satire, made a tribute for the successful landing Curiosity to Mars with an amazing viral video.
The group used the beat from LMAFAO’s “I’m Sexy and I Know It,” with their video that their very own music video which was titled as, “I’m NASA and I know it.”
The Seattle-based comedy group Satire put the video together, paying a hilarious tribute to NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity team. The spoof video shows off a group of “NASA” members hard at work on landing the Mars rover, toting their rap skills in rap form.
One of the prominent figure in the video was the most popular member of NASA’s Curiosity team, Bobak Ferdowsi, who shot to nationwide fame after video of him during the night of the landing on August 5, hit the internet.
The role of Bobak was played by web comedian David Hudson, while the faux NASA nerd show off some synchronized dance moves, featuring a woman in an American flag bikini and a man in an astronaut-style orange jumpsuit.
The video got a stamp of approval from Bobak Ferdowsi himself and the official NASA Twitter account by linking the video to their official Twitter account.
