Queen of all Media Kris Aquino shared that she was not able to attend the 80th birthday of Mother Lily Monteverde.
Kris said in one of her recent Instagram post that she is very much thankful to Mother Lily because of the showbiz break that she had before.
She also shared a throwback photo of a movie poster of ‘Pido Dida: Sabay Tayo’.
“She OPENED the first door for me to act on TV, and the first door for me to star in a movie… Only respect & admiration for a genuinely loving & sincere woman of courage, integrity, and loyalty. Happy 80th birthday to @motherlilym,” she wrote.

Following this, the Queen of all Media revealed on her post that she was not able to attend the party because her doctor advised her to rest.
“I’m obeying my doctor & taking my bedrest because of my allergies & our belated discovery that like Bimb, i’m also asthmatic,” Tetay shared.
On the other hand, her sons Josh and Bimb where there are Mother Lily’s birthday party together with her brother former president Noynoy Aquino and her sister Ballsy.
Kris Aquino also included in her post her expression of gratitude to the woman who helped her a lot in her showbiz career.
Netizens who commented on her post commented about the gradual change that they saw on Josh and Bimb and how she raised them.
The social media influencer did not forget to mention those people who are always bashing her.
