An alleged plastic rice unexpectedly flamed up when put into fire.
PLASTIC RICE – Netizen shared experience when she encountered this unexpected reaction of alleged plastic rice when she put it above the fire.
Netizen Amrehn Galang posted this video that went viral on internet on her Facebook account about her encounter of alleged plastic rice.
In the caption, she stated first that they bought a plastic rice.
“Nakabili po kami ng plastic rice sa tindahan kaya pala nagtataka ako laging sumasakit tiyan ng mama ko at nanghihina sya sa kabila ng kain sya ng kain ngayon pala ang kinakain namin plastic rice na,” she stated.
As depicted on the first part of the video, they showed the rice they bought from a store that accordingly caused her mother to suffer from a constant stomach ache.
Then, she put the rice above the heated pan.
They stirred it using a saddle. At the beginning, nothing seemed to happen but then surprisingly, something unusual happened to the rice.
They went on stirring it until it burns and turn brown but what is shocking is that while it burned and getting darker colors, it can be noticed that the grains are sticking together as if melting.
Not a minute that had passed, the grains melted down then and got stuck on each other as it produces a fire on the surface.
From a small flick it went bigger and higher and that is what the netizen is indicating about the plastic rice.
Unbelievable as it may seem but it really happened.
The netizen who took the incident to social media warned the consumers about it and also inquired where does this ‘plastic rice’ come from.
The video had already listed more than 600,000 views and people of the social media dropped their comments down.
One netizen who saw the post commented indicating, ” Ipasuri ninyo sa DOST para malaman ano composition niyan nabili ninyo bigas kung plastic ba o anuman uri yan, tiyak malalaman nila yan at saka kunin ang result.”
