Miss Universe Philippines 2025 Ahtisa Manalo recently shared an exciting revelation about her showbiz aspirations. The beauty queen admitted that if she were to star in a film someday, her dream leading man would be none other than Kapuso star and Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards.
Ahtisa made the statement during the official announcement of her inclusion in the Sparkle GMA Artist Center on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The event marked a new milestone in her career as she formally joined the talent management arm of GMA Network, signaling a possible venture into acting and entertainment projects.
During the event, Ahtisa was asked about the actor she would want to work with if she were given the chance to star in a film. Before revealing her answer, the beauty queen first playfully asked the audience a question regarding the height of her potential leading man.
“Puwede po ba ‘yong leading man na mas matangkad ako o mas matangkad [siya]?” she asked, drawing laughter and curiosity from the crowd.
After the lighthearted moment, Ahtisa openly admitted that she had long admired Alden, recalling that she used to watch him on television.
“Ako, I’ve seen before, I used to watch Eat Bulaga and my crush before, there was a segment there, is Alden Richards,” she shared.
Alden has long been associated with the popular noontime show Eat Bulaga, where he gained even more popularity among viewers.
The beauty queen then made her choice clear, revealing that Alden would be her top pick if she were to star in a movie.
“So my dream leading man is Alden Richards.”

“He has a maamo face. A face that’s looks like he’s very kind,” she added.
