AJ Raval Breaks Down in Tears as She Defends Herself from Third Party Allegations
AJ RAVAL – Former Vivamax Queen AJ Raval turned emotional as she finally addressed the long-standing accusations surrounding her relationship with Aljur Abrenica.
AJ Raval turned emotional as she opened up about the painful trials she and Aljur Abrenica went through in their relationship. During her candid interview with Toni Gonzaga on the YouTube channel “Toni Talks,” AJ could not hold back her tears while recalling the challenges they faced, especially in the early stages of their union and as they began building a family together.
AJ shared that one of the most difficult parts was keeping their relationship private, including denying and hiding the truth that they already had children. Toni directly asked her, “Bakit n’yo kailangang itago dati (ang relasyon n’yo)?”
“Siyempre maingay po nu’ng time na yun dahil po sa mga issue. Siyempre ayaw po namin madamay yung mga bata,” AJ responded.
She firmly maintained that no one was hurt when they became a couple. “Nag-start po kami ni Aljur malinis po talaga.”
Toni followed up, “Wala na siya doon sa dati niyang relationship?”
“Wala na po,” AJ answered.
“Kasi ang dating sa mga tao may overlap sa relationship, may third party, naging cause ng hiwalayan,” Toni reacted.
“Pero hindi po. Hindi po talaga,” AJ insisted.
Toni then clarified, “So para sa kaalaman ng lahat na may misconception, may judgement at may assumption sa relationship niyo. When you and Aljur got together, Aljur was already separated.”
“Separated na po talaga sila that time,” AJ confirmed.
As Toni pointed out that many people were unaware of that chapter, AJ was asked how she handled the backlash.
“Sa part naman na yun Ms. Toni alam kong wala akong ginawang masama. Kaya lumaban talaga ako. Paulit-ulit kong sinasabi na hindi ako. Alam ng Diyos na hindi ako. Wala akong kasalanan.
“Naiisip ko nga Ms. Toni, bakit nangyari sa akin yung mga ‘yun, kasi iyon ang plano sa akin ni Lord. Ito yung data kong pagdaanan,” she said through tears. “Wala anong magagawa kung ito ang plano sa akin ni Lord, kundi tanggapin at i-embrace yung nangyayari.”
She also reflected, “Mas importante ba talaga na tingnan ka ng maganda ng mga tao? Importante ba yung magiging tingin nila sa ‘yo? O, mas importante kung ano ang magiging tingin sa ‘yo ng Diyos?”
When asked why they finally revealed their children this year, AJ explained, “Kasi po Ms. Toni gusto na namin matapos magtago, gusto na naming maging malaya. Sa bahay po namin may pumupuntang tao na hindi ko kilala, gusto lang nila maka-capture ng picture sa mga bata.
“Gusto namin silang ipasyal, gusto namin silang bigyan ng malalaking birthday celebration.”
Now that everything is out in the open, she said they feel free. “Mas carefree na po kami ngayon. May freedom na po kami. Wala nang kailangang itago.”
As for what made her fall for Aljur, AJ said, “Ang kagandahan po kasi kay Aljur yung values niya, alam kong maraming kokontra pero very responsible po siya and he’s a good provider.”
