Baron Geisler talked about his daughter
Actor Baron Geisler said that he is making up for lost time with his daughter, Sophia Asistio, with actress Nadia Montenegro.
Last year, it was confirmed that the father of Nadia’s youngest daughter is Baron. However, this rumor had been lingering in showbiz circles for many years. Years ago, the seasoned actress denied the rumor until Baron said in an interview that he had a daughter before having his child with his wife, Jamie Evangelista.
Issues surfaced after that, and initially, Nadia had negative statements against Baron. Eventually, the issues subsided, and the actor was publicly acknowledged as Sophia’s father.
Baron Geisler attended the recent Preview Ball with Sophia Asistio. It is their first major public appearance together. Based on the article in ABS-CBN, prior to that event, the actor was interviewed, and he was asked about his relationship with his 19-year-old daughter.
“We are making up for lost time. And it’s not hard because Sophia is a very intelligent, young woman. So she’s making it easy for her daddy,” the actor said.
Baron also said he can see that his daughter is persevering when it comes to her studies. Sophia is now in college, and the actor said that his daughter is not wasting what he is spending on her school.
“For me lang, gusto ko lang i-share na, kapag nakapagpatapos ako ng college, ‘yon ang greatest achievement ko as a human being. Hopefully, God willing, achievable naman,” Baron said.
He also shared that he and Sophia had their father-daughter moment. For him, his children are his priceless treasure. Baron Geisler stressed that material things are not that important in life, as he considered his children as his life. He added that he values the love and connection that they have.
