Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre Movie Enters MMFF 2025 Official List

“Call Me Mother” of Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre is officially an entry for this year’s film festival.

Metro Manila Film Festival released the first batch of official entries for the 51st edition, and among them is the movie starring Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre.

The theme of this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival is  “MMFF 51: A New Era for Philippine Cinema.” Recently, the organisation announced the first four official entries for this year’s competition.

The event was hosted by Enchong Dee and Jervi “Kaladkaren” Wrightson, which was held at a mall in Makati and live-streamed on the festival’s official Facebook page.

Among the announced films was “Call Me Mother,” which is a film starring Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre. This is directed by Jun Lana Robles, the same director behind Vice’s “And The Breadwinner Is,” an official entry of the MMFF 2024 and was the top-grosser.

Adding star power to the film festival is the presence of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Celebrity Collab housemates Ralph de Leon, Esnyr Ranollo, River Joseph, and Big Winner Brent Manalo for the grand launch.

    • Starring: Francine Diaz, Janice De Belen, Manilyn Reynes, Ivana Alawi, Loisa Andalio, Ashley Ortega, Ysabelle Ortega, Carla Abellana, Elijah Alejo, Fyang Smith, Kaila Estrada, Richard Guterrez, Ryan Bang, Seth Fedelin, JM Ibarra, Dustin Yu
    • Producer: Regal Entertainment Inc.
    • Director: Shugo Prayco, Joey De Guzman, lan Lorenos

The final batch of entries will be announced on September 30.
