Recently, Angie Borromeo Albento, a Facebook user, shared a hilarious encounter with her employer who gave her a weird order. The post went viral online and elicited reactions from the online community.
According to Angie, her employer called her in a loud voice, catching her attention immediately. When she approached, her employer told her to “kill the butterflies.” Angie wondered how butterflies could possibly be inside the kitchen. She looked around but couldn’t find any butterflies at all.
Confused, Albento told her employer that there were no butterflies in the area. That’s when the employer pointed toward something on the counter. To Angie’s surprise, the “butterflies” her employer was referring to were actually flies.
Laughing at the confusion, she corrected her employer and explained that those were not butterflies but ‘Langaw’. The employer appeared bothered by the correction, pausing for a moment to process what Angie had said.
