According to PAGASA, Typhoon Marce made a second landfall near Sanchez Mira in Cagayan on Thursday night, prompting a Signal No. 4 alert for parts of northern Cagayan, Apayao, Abra, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.
Dangerous conditions are expected, with strong winds, storm surge risks, and heavy rainfall likely to affect areas like the Babuyan Islands and northern Cagayan. Residents in these regions are advised to remain vigilant and stay indoors as much as possible for safety.

- Abra: Face-to-face classes only (Bangued)
Ilocos Region (Region I):
- Ilocos Norte: All levels
- Ilocos Sur: All levels
- La Union: All levels
- Pangasinan:
- Dagupan City: All levels
- San Fabian: All levels
- Rosales: All levels
- Mangaldan: Preschool to senior high school
- San Carlos City: Preschool to senior high school
- San Jacinto: Preschool to senior high school
- Mapandan: Face-to-face classes only
Bicol Region:
- Camarines Sur: All levels (suspended due to Typhoon Kristine’s effects)
