More popularly called DFA, the Department of Foreign Affairs issues the Philippine passport to both eligible adult and child applicants who passed the qualifications set and have submitted the required documents for application.

The passport comes with a validity. Thus, you need to renew it on its expiry so you can still use it in traveling and in many transactions. To renew your document, you need to prepare and submit the passport renewal requirements set by the DFA.
