Heartwarming Video of Students Showing Act of Kindness to Their Classmate Earns Praise Online
Several students earned online praise for a heartwarming act of kindness when they shared their food with a classmate.
Charisse Mae A. Saren, a TikTok user, shared the heartwarming video of a student being generously offered food by classmates. The video quickly circulated online and elicits reactions from the netizens.
In the video, Ma’am Charisse captured a student who appeared to have no ‘ulam’ (viand) for lunch. One of their classmates approached the student to confirm their situation. Upon confirming the situation, the compassionate classmate immediately informed the teacher.
After a few moments, other students began approaching their poor classmate, offering to share their own meals.
She expressed her heartwarming gratitude at witnessing her students’ willingness to share what they had with their fellow classmate in need. It warms her heart and remind her of the goodness that exists in her students.
The teacher admitted that she never expected her video to go viral.

“Hindi ko po talaga inasahang magba-viral iyong video ko kasi nagawa ko lang naman siya i-video dahil humanga talaga ako sa abilidad niya sa kabila ng ganoong sitwasyon ay araw-araw pa rin siyang pumapasok sa paaralan,” Saren said.
Ma’am Charisse also shared her approach to instilling good values in her students. Her dedication to establish a classroom environment that emphasizes kindness, empathy, and generosity is clearly reflected in the actions of her students.

“Una ko pong ginawa, kinilala ko muna ang iba’t ibang klaseng ugali meron ang mga estudyante ko upang madali ko na lang silang turuan kung ano ‘yung good values na dapat meron sila.”She added.
The lady educator also encouraged her fellow teachers to persevere and never give up on their students. She also urged them to continue to support and guide students towards becoming better individuals, both academically and morally.
