Before checking the Pag-IBIG cash loan requirements for the self-employed members, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria which are the following:

  • Active membership with at least one (1) monthly savings in the last six (6) months before application
  • At least twenty-four (24) monthly savings under the Pag-IBIG Regular Savings program
  • No Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, MPL, or Calamity Loan in default
  • A reliable source of income

For the self-employed members, here are the Pag-IBIG cash loan requirements you need to prepare:

  • Duly-accomplished and signed Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form

The proof of income is part of the Pag-IBIG cash loan requirements for self-employed members like in the requirements for the locally-employed members and those members who are employed abroad. For the self-employed members, you must submit any of the following:

  • Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR) and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank, supported with DTI Registration and Mayor’s/Business Permit
  • Original copy of bank statements or passbook for the last 12 months

  • Original copy of Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise
  • Original copy of Notarized Affidavit of Income
