Cristine Reyes admitted this bad attitude she had in the past
Actress Cristine Reyes has not denied the perception of many people that she is a “diva.”
Cristine has been in the industry for many years already, and she has worked with different co-stars. She started her career on GMA Network’s reality talent search StarStruck, before finally joining ABS-CBN. She was part of several big GMA projects such as Mulawin, Darna, and Marimar.
The actress is aware of the comments about her when she was still a newbie in showbiz.

There had been comments that she was a “diva” on the set of her projects. The term “diva” refers to a famous and amazing female singer, but it is also used to describe someone who is temperamental or displays a “bad attitude.”
Based on the article in Balita, during the recent guesting of Cristine Reyes on The B-Side YouTube show of Kapamilya host Bianca Gonzalez, the actress was asked about her diva attitude on set before.
“Honestly, I’m so happy that when you’re older you’re really more like that, right? So we don’t have to explain anymore. Then we accept what we’ve done before,” she said.
Cristine also admitted that she was a monster. “Oo, gano’n talaga. Minsan, monster talaga ako no’n. Ngayon ‘yong pagka-monster ko nate-tame na,” she said.
To recall the issue, back in 2016, actress Vivian Velez was rumored to have a conflict with an alleged prima donna on the set of Tubig At Langis, which she later confirmed was Cristine.

Because of this, she announced that she would be resigning from the said teleserye due to the alleged rudeness of her co-star.
Cristine said that the rift between her and Vivian allegedly started because of her being noisy in the room they shared. In the end, she apologized to the fellow actress and announced that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible.
Cristine also said that she was sorry that emotions got so heightened that some of her actions were misconstrued for rudeness when they were, more than anything else, and it was her own way of coping with the stressful working conditions, but she sincerely apologized to Vivian.
