Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera have a reunion movie after three years
Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera talked about their upcoming movie, Remember.
Dingdong and Marian are among the brightest stars of the GMA network. Their fans have been very supportive of their careers, whether together or individually.
Three years since their last movie, Rewind, the celebrity couple is set to have their onscreen reunion.
Based on the article in PEP, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera already traveled to Quebec, Canada, for their upcoming movie Remember, directed by Mae Cruz Alviar.
Before leaving, Dingdong shared how excited he was to work with the same team he worked with in Rewind.
“Ready na kami umalis papuntang Quebec. Sisimulan na namin ang isang espesyal na pelikula. After three years nung huli kaming nagsama at nandun na si Direk Mae, inaantay na kami at uumpisahan na namin ang pelikulang Remember,” he said.
He also said that he was just happy to reminisce about the good things that happened in their past project.
Then, Marian shared, “Actually kanina nag-uusap kami on the way here, parang sabi nga namin, ‘Ilang years na ba?’ Three years na pala.” She also said that this is the right time for her and Dingdong to reunite onscreen. The Kapuso actress also said moviegoers will definitely fall in love with the movie.
Remember is a collaboration project between Star Cinema, APT Entertainment, Regal Entertainment, and AgostoDos Pictures of Dingdong Dantes. His company was from his birthday, August 2 or Agosto Dos.
This movie is expected to be released this year. With this, anticipation surfaced that this might be part of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2026. To recall, their Rewind movie became the top-grossing MMFF film.
However, according to PEP’s source, Remember’s target release date is November 2026, and it was said that Star Cinema will not go against the MMFF entry of Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda.
