Car Owner in Taytay Complains After Vehicle Quickly Towed

Car Owner Expresses Dismay After Vehicle Quickly Towed After Leaving it Unattended for a While

A female car owner in Taytay, Rizal expressed her frustration after her vehicle was quickly towed even though it was left unattended for only a short time.

Recently, Salvacion Hapa Griño, a Facebook user, shared a video of their car being towed despite being left for just a moment. The post quickly went viral and drew reactions from the online community.

Griño explained that she and her husband had just stepped out of their car to buy water. After a few moments, they noticed that a towing truck had already attached chains to their vehicle. She stressed that they were away for less than a minute, making the situation even more upsetting for them.

In the video, the towing process appeared to happen very quickly, leaving little time for the owners to return or explain their side.

The car owner reiterated that there seemed to be a lack of consideration and understanding in how the situation was handled. She also mentioned that this was not the first time she had experienced something like this in the area.

Salvacion is now calling on the authorities to review the incident and ensure that proper procedures are being followed during towing operations. She hopes that clearer rules and fair enforcement can help prevent the same situation from happening to others.
